Our company has an organized support department for installed systems, which takes place as follows: When we are informed by the customer about any technical problem, the technical department records the problem and a technician undertakes to provide a solution. We also have an organized repair and maintenance department, with complete equipment and spare parts stock, for the immediate repair of every VIMLOC device. There is a stock of parts for the replacement of devices, in order to ensure the operation and use at the customer's place.

Warranty
1 year warranty is provided for VIMLOC products, with the possibility of extension to 5 years. During the warranty period, any damage resulting from a manufacturing defect is undertaken, without any charge, by sending the relevant RMA and sending the product to the technical department of the company.
